Today at 11:00 am, Powell Christian Church will host our last worship service in the building at 8901 Liberty Rd N. God will be praised and the Word will be preached. It is the end of an era and the beginning of a new season for the members of this congregation. Our prayer for all at the conclusion of this chapter is that the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you now and forever, Amen.

So many generations have grown up on this song in church. It would be hard to imagine hearing it without singing along. Seeing the crowd doing just that in this video shows the way music taps into our souls to make a message resonate more deeply than the spoken word. Let's all look forward to that day when we join together to "sing and shout" the victory!

It's about meeting needs. Not always big events or shouting from the hilltops. Sometimes we just need to answer the call for the simple things. When we hear that Common Ground needs undergarments for their clothing pantry, we do it.
