Greetings to all my precious family and friends! I trust each of you has had a very Merry Christmas and will have a very Happy and Blessed New Year in 2023!
As for me, I must say that 2022 has been one of the most challenging years of my life, running a close second to 2014, when my precious husband Mike entered the cloud of witnesses! However, once again I have experienced the Lord ordering my steps, which has made the challenges very exciting! Many times, in the midst of all that I have walked through this year, I have heard the words to "Goodness of God" by Bethel Music running over and over in my spirit, summing up 2022 for me:
I love You, Lord.
Oh, Your mercy never fails me.
All my days, I’ve been held in Your hands.
From the moment that I wake up until I lay my head,
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God.
‘Cause all my life You have been faithful,
And all my life You have been so, so good.
With every breath that I am able,
Oh, I will sing of the goodness of God.
I love Your voice.
You have led me through the fire,
And in darkest night You are close like no other.
I’ve known You as a Father,
I’ve known You as a Friend,
And I have lived in the goodness of God.
‘Cause Your goodness is running after, it’s running after me.
Your goodness is running after, it’s running after me.
With my life laid down, I’m surrendered now,
I give You everything.
‘Cause Your goodness is running after, it’s running after me!
In case you missed my announcement in July, here’s a brief summary: On June 16th the Lord revealed to me in several ways that my assignment in Georgia was ending, and He wanted me to move near my family in North Carolina. This was a huge shock, because I had no idea I would ever leave Georgia! By July 22nd my house was on the market to be sold, and I had a contract within two days for more than asking price! Closing was on August 22nd and I left Georgia on August 24th, just sixty-nine days after receiving the revelation from the Lord!
My two cats and I stayed with one of my sisters and her husband for two months while seeking the Lord’s direction for where I was to live. On September 18th, I signed a contract to purchase a house in Clemmons that was never even on the market, with a closing date of October 18th. I moved in on October 24th – within just a little over four months since the Lord’s revelation! Many challenges in a short period of time, but amazing grace, peace and blessings with every step of the way!
Since that time, I have gradually unpacked and made improvements to the house. While I still have many boxes to open, I have had great peace in knowing that this house is truly the home the Lord prepared for me and the ministry He still has for me to do.
The next major announcement is that after almost 27 years, Firestarter Ministries International (FMI) is giving birth to another ministry, Passion Fire Ministries (PFM)! For several reasons, FMI will be dissolved in Georgia as this birthing takes place. The Lord reminded me of John 12:24 – "I tell you the truth: unless a grain of wheat is planted in the ground and dies, it remains a solitary seed. But when it is planted, it produces in death a great harvest" (The Voice).
You may remember the name Firestarter Ministries came from my last name Chaille that means “quick starter of fires.” My assignment continues to be “Igniting Hearts to Live with Purpose and Love with Passion.” What that will look like in my new journey, I do not know yet. However, it will continue to include teaching, training, and equipping people to know their God-given identity and purpose. As I continue to settle into my new home, I hope to be able to take a long-awaited sabbatical, which will include finishing my book, "God’s Firestarter," as I promised the Lord and Mike I would do.
I am very excited about this coming year and invite you to join me as I seek to faithfully move forward with the Lord to spread Kingdom flames through Passion Fire Ministries! If you would like to become a Partner with PFM to reach believers with life-transforming truth through ongoing financial and/or prayer support, please let me know.
As you make your year-end contributions, I ask that you remember Passion Fire Ministries by INVESTING IN OUR FUTURE as we continue Igniting Hearts to Live with Purpose and Love with Passion. My prayer for you is that your financial seed will multiply to your account and in your life according to 2 Corinthians 9:6‐15, that as you sow bountifully you will reap bountifully, because “God is ready to overwhelm you with more blessings than you could ever imagine so that you’ll always be taken care of in every way and you’ll have more than enough to share” (verse 8, The Voice Bible).
For now, your tax-deductible donations can be by checks made payable to Passion Fire Ministries and mailed to the address below. PFM has been approved by North Carolina as a non-profit organization, and we are in the process of being approved by the IRS as a 501c3 non-profit, which allows us to receive donations prior to their official approval. Our Federal EIN is 92-1072176.
Words always seem inadequate to express my deep gratitude for your faithful love and support through the years. I am truly humbled and blessed to have such wonderful family and friends as you! When you have opportunity, I would love to hear from you. I am always encouraged as you share what the Lord has been doing in your lives, as well.
I pray that 2023 will be another year for you to experience Father God more fully, know Him more intimately, and realize more of the joy that comes from walking in His will, with power and grace for every step along life’s journey!
With much love and abundant blessings,
Becky Chaille
