Today we are sending off our Columbia team to Bogota. Please keep them in your prayers as they travel to help with the construction of a school for many displaced refugees. More specifically, pray for their safety, the organization of the project, and that the light of God and the truth of His Son goes with them. Godspeed Columbia Team!

Another great thought from the book "Western Christians in Global Mission:" how to be an "engaged exclusivist." In a world where pluralism is so widely accepted, how do we "adhere to the uniqueness of Jesus Christ as a Savior while graciously engaging in dialogue with people of other world religions?"

something to consider in preparing to share the Good News!

"It [the Gospel] has been carried by people willing to learn languages, [who] patiently endure and sacrifice - even to the point of death - so that every person would have the opportunity to hear the invitation to come into a relationship with the living God through Jesus Christ." - Paul Borthwick

And in the words of David Platt, "There is no Plan B." 'God chose us to deliver his message, there is no other way and no other plan for the lost to hear the Good News!'

Lord, may we be obedient to your calling today and every day.

Exodus 28:3

Comments:
The tailors who made Aaron's garments were given wisdom by God in order to do their task. All of us have special skills. God wants to fill us with his Spirit so we will use those skills for his glory. Think about your special talents and abilities. What ways could you use them for God's work in the world? As you focus on helping and giving to others, God will show you the best ways to do it and give you wisdom to accomplish the task.
