Faith Apostolic Ministries We are a oneness Apostolic church with a mission to seek and save the lost. We are an alive and active ministry in the heart of Poughkeepsie.

Our members come from all walks of life and represent nations around the globe. We share one thing in common, though, we mean Jesus. On June 3rd, 2010 Pastor Wray and 7 believers meet in his living room to pray and seek the face of God. God started speaking to this ministry on that day. The first Sunday service was held on June 13th in this same living room. On the following day, we were blessed with a place of worship free of cost. We were steadfast in prayer and continued to seek the Lord for His leading. We were officially incorporated on September 3, 2010. A time of great spiritual growth followed this. Our numbers grew as souls were baptized in Jesus' name and filled with the Holy Ghost. As we were seeking a new place of worship to accommodate our growing numbers, we suddenly lost access to our meeting place. The Lord stepped in and we were blessed not only with our current house of worship, but also an interim space we could use while our church was being prepared. In our current space, as in that living room in 2010, we continue to pray and seek the face of God. We may not all have come from the same place, but we are happy to call this ministry home. Join us and see what Jesus will do for you.

Thank God for the word spoken today by our dear Lady Wray. She preached under the theme “When Praise is Louder than Your Prison”.

It’s easy to praise God when he does a miracle for us but will we still praise him in suffering?
He is worthy of our praise no matter what we face. He is still Lord no matter what circumstances we go through. Let us always bow before him in humility and reverence in all situations, in Jesus name!

We’re thankful for the word spoken today by our dear Brother Malcom.

He preached under the theme “A runner with a burden”. It has been made clear to us that we are in the last days and today we were challenged to keep running this race and to lay down every weight and sin that so easily besets us. We must have a burden for souls in these days.

Let’s continue on and if we’re lacking in any area, let us ask God to renew that passion in us again in Jesus name.

We thank God for the word that was preached today!

Pastor Morgan preached “The Lost Art of the Smith” We must utilize our weapons. The only way we’ll have want we want as a church and in our families is if we continue to build and use the weapons God has given us. We must work with God and be the master builder of our homes and our families

We thank God for such a powerful time in his presence today and for the TWO souls that received the gift of the Holy Ghost and the ONE soul baptized in the name of Jesus.

Our dear Pastor preached under the theme “A Defiant Spirit.” we learned that defiance is a deliberate refusal to obey God, His Word, or rightful authority.

Acts 7:51 says, “Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost.”
We learned that a defiant spirit is not only about openly rejecting God, but also about having a heart that becomes stubborn and unwilling to listen when God is trying to correct, lead, or speak to us.

We must be careful not to resist the Holy Ghost, but remain humble, obedient, and willing to submit to God’s will. May we never allow a defiant spirit to keep us from hearing and obeying God. Let us remain humble, submitted, and sensitive to the leading of the Holy Ghost.

We thank God for a wonderful move of his spirit today and the ONE soul that was filled with the Holy Ghost and the ONE soul that was baptized in Jesus name.

Today our pastor preached under the theme “Thy walls salvation and thy gates praise” we learned that we must pass salvation from generation to generation we must discuss with our children what we believe.

Apostolic doctrine must become family doctrine we must have apostolic prayer in our household, salvation is stronger then every generational pattern, we must build walls in our homes to block out the things of this world
