Folks I am sorry the service was cut short. We had a small power outage. The main thing I got from the sermon this morning was: Gods time is different to ours so sometimes we have to wait for the answer but we don’t give up. Habakkuk told God (paraphrase) look I am so serious about this problem I am going up in the tower and stay there till you give me an answer!! So we have to be serious about waiting on God and knowing the answer is coming.
I personally know that if I got everything I prayed for when I prayed for it I would have missed some good things by waiting.
We always ask if anyone needs prayers so I am saying to you here that if you need prayers send a message and we will put it on our prayer chain.

We are braving the cold tomorrow to worship together. We will continue Habkakkuk 2: 4-20

Sorry there was no video today but I will share the sermon scripture with you. John 14: 1-7 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Thomas said to him “ Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him. “

Pastor James stressed that Jesus did not say there would be a price to pay for these rooms in heaven. All we have to do is believe and trust!!
If you have worries, doubts and fears come next Sunday and lay them at feet of Jesus. We are all learning everyday how to let go and let God!!
