Presenting the cast and crew of "The Villians of Via"!! Come and see the dramatization of the trial of Jesus.

Tonight: Saturday March 28, 7pm
Sunday March 29, 10:30 am and 7pm

Please note childcare is not provided and it is not recommended for infants and small children. It is dark and the actors can be loud. It could be scary for little ones.

Due to lack of childcare volunteers, Restored Church is unable to provide childcare for our Villains of Via production.

Because of the nature of the production (the room is dark and Pilate is loud and scary), Villains of Via is not for infants and very young children as complete silence is essential for the drama. Thank you for your understanding.

If you enjoyed Via Prisoner Exchange at Hopewell Community Church last Easter season, you won’t want to miss, The Villains of VIA, At Restored Church of Pottstown (same church-new name!) on March 27, 28, and 29 at 7:00 pm, 1130 Commerce Dr., Pottstown, PA, 19464. ADMISSION IS FREE!
The Lord Jesus Christ stands trial before three men-three wicked men all seeking to rid themselves of Him and to pass the blame to each other. The Jewish high priest and head of the Sanhedrin, Joseph Caiaphas, Herod Antipas, the puppet-king appointed by Rome, and Pontius Pilate, the Roman procurator are trying to keep peace and collect taxes amid a Jewish revolt incited by the Zealots.
Even Pilate's wife Claudia Procula has a dream about the Nazarene and seeks to intervene on His behalf. These three "Villains of Via", i.e., the three villains the LORD would use to send Jesus to the cross by "The Way of Sorrows", vis, "Via Dolorosa", are seen deliberating the Nazarene's fate to secure His death, which the LORD would ultimately use to accomplish the salvation of His people.
Don’t miss this dramatic presentation of Jesus’ trial. This year Via is significantly expanded, almost doubling in content from last year. This is Via's 21st season and its second season at its new home, the Hopewell Network's Restored Church of Pottstown.
