Saint Peter's Church is a caring, concerned and questing congregation which supports each one's search for a personal relationship with God, a congenial relationship with each other, and a mission outreach to the local and global community. Our search covers ground some already have discovered, and some others may not wish to tread. We all are enriched by seeking and recognizing the diverse moveme
nt of God among us. We understand and enjoy our varying approaches to scripture; we believe that God expects us to accept and even celebrate our diversity on all levels of life. In accordance with our United Church of Christ creed, we believe we are to "seek justice," that is, to identify with those who have been marginalized for whatever reason. Saint Peter's Church is a "Welcoming and Affirming Congregation" of searching believers, striving to be a sensitive and safe place for all to discern the wondrous Mind of Christ.
