The foundation that's been laid for every follower of Jesus, whose bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. We explored that foundation in depth during Holy Week and on Easter Sunday. So what's next?

The next major step in a home building project after the foundation has been laid IS THE FRAMEWORK.

Join us this Sunday at Porum FBC as we begin a new sermon series titled "Framing Your Faith: 7 Victorious Truths in a Very Turbulent World."

We're living in a day where uncertainty, doubt, fear, and confusion seem to be ruling the roost. Turbulent times often lead to trouble hearts, but the foundation AND the framework of our faith affords us with a peace, strength, and certainty.

What does the framework of our faith look like and consist of? That's the question we'll be answering over the next 7 weeks, and we'd love for you to be part of this spiritual building project with us!

We invite you to make Holy Week truly holy and set apart by worshiping with us at Porum FBC!

》Maundy Thursday is this Thursday evening at 7:00PM. We will observe communion and walk through our Savior's last hours on earth through gospel readings, short videos, and a display of how light faded into darkness.

》Sunrise Service will be Easter morning at 7:00AM. If the weather cooperates, we will meet on top of Tater Hill (bring a jacket, blanket, and lawn chair). If it is too cold and/or rainy, we will meet in our church sanctuary. Sermon: "The Permanent Priesthood of the Living Jesus." Join us, and you'll have plenty of time to run back home if you need to before our main service begins.

》Easter Sunday (Main Service). We welcome you to join us for a time of worship and celebration centered around the resurrection of King Jesus! Worship will start at 10:20AM. Arrive a little early for coffee and donuts! Sermon: "Our Living Hope!"

REMINDER: NO SUNDAY SCHOOL THIS SUNDAY! Bread of Life fellowship breakfast for any and all starting at 8:30AM in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a breakfast casserole, cinnamon rolls, muffins, fruit, anything you'd like!

On Easter Sunday at Porum FBC we have 2 worship services, and you're invited to both!

Our first service is our annual Sunrise Service. It will start at 7:00AM at the top of Tater Hill (inside the sanctuary if the weather is too cold or rainy).
The message: "The Permanent Priesthood of the Living Jesus."

There will be no Sunday School on Easter Sunday. Feel free to show up early to service #1 and then go home to get ready for service #2. Bread of Life breakfast fellowship will be at 8:30AM in the Fellowship Hall.

We invite you to join us this weekend on Palm Sunday at FBC! The last week of Jesus's life is critical for Christians to understand in their daily pursuit of holiness. Jesus brushed up against many individuals in his final week of earthly ministry...including Malchus.
