The STM Instagram and pages aim to:
Share school news, events, and updates. Highlight student achievements, school activities, and community involvement. Build a positive, supportive online presence for our school community.
2. Guidelines for Engagement
To ensure a welcoming and respectful environment, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines:
Be Respectful: Maintain a courteous and positive tone in comments. Avoid rude, offensive, or hurtful language. Stay On-Topic: Comments should be relevant to the post and school community. Protect Privacy: Do not share personal information (yours or others) such as addresses, phone numbers, or personal details. No Promotions or Spam: Posts promoting businesses, products, or external causes unrelated to STM will be removed. Maintain Safety: Do not post photos, videos, or content that compromise student safety or school security.
3. Moderation Policy
STM reserves the right to moderate and remove any content that:
Violates privacy, including sharing photos or videos of individuals without consent. Contains inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful language or images. Includes spam, advertisements, or misinformation. Is unrelated to the mission, values, or community of STM. Repeated violations may result in users being restricted or blocked from our pages.
4. Photo and Media Use
STM uses social media to highlight students and school events. Photos of students will only be shared when appropriate and in accordance with our privacy and media consent policies. Parents/guardians who wish to opt out of their child’s photos being shared should notify the school office.
