A WARNING TO THE CHURCH
"Dear friends, although I was eager to write you about the salvation we share, I found it necessary to write and exhort you to contend for the faith that was delivered to the saints once for all."
Jude 1:3
“Just as weeds are gathered up and burned in the fire so will it happen at the end of this world. The Son of Man will send out his angels and they will uproot from the kingdom everything that is spoiling it, and all those who live in defiance of its laws, and will throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be tears and bitter regret. Then the good will shine out like the sun in their Father’s kingdom. The man who has ears should use them!”
Matthew 13:40
Greetings in The name of Jesus,
Peace be with you brothers and sisters.
We come to you in weakness after years of pain, suffering, and discipline from our Sweet and patient Lord. As many of you know we have been seeking The Father and His direction in many areas of life.
This month we celebrate 5 years since God rescued us from a man led movement of Churches. A place full of strife, hypocrisy, deceit, pride, double standards, a place filled with a competitive spirit, ungodly pressure, rampant adultery, fornication, and lots of worldliness. A place where The Spirit of God is quenched and most definitely not invited. A place that is Spiritually anemic. A place so dead that like a multilevel marketing scheme must hold conferences and events with glimmering lights and loud music to attempt to replicate the manifestation of the Holy Spirit as if it where possible. A place where one would get rebuked and ridiculed for lifting up Holy hands in Prayer (1Timothy 2:8) even tough its commanded in scripture. A place where a mans word is more important than God’s Holy Word. A place where the voice of the Good Shepherd is silenced by the echoing lies being repeated and repeated until these lies ring true to the weak and double minded (those that do not listen to the Spirit of Truth.) A place that is quickly dwindling away because Gods hand is against it.
The Sprit has told us that what we have experienced in this group of churches is not an isolated incident. Many churches live like this today. Many of the leaders of these churches are hired hands they don’t really care for the flock they care only for themselves for if they truly cared they would call them to repentance. They care only about themselves and temporary superficial relationships to serve themselves and their agenda. Few are they that see past this life and challenge their dear brethren to repent and to turn to God regardless of where it may leave them. Even if it cost them their livelihood, relationship, or comfort. The Church has become a laughing stock for satan and his minions a place full of perverts and a hideout for the most wicked of men.
Our hearts break for there are a lot of good hearted people in these churches longing for revival! Longing for something more but the man made doctrine and theological box will not allow for it. The Holy Spirit will not work in a place that denies its true existence. It cannot move when He has been replaced with mans wisdom, ideas, studies, agendas, self made qualifications and new found theologies.
These churches have so trapped the weak and double minded by trickery telling them lies from the pit of hell that there is no life outside of that place and they have threaten them with demonic lies such as “your marriage will fall apart”, “God will rebuke you if you leave”, “we are the only church”, “We are the only ones really doing it” “no one else teaches baptism correctly” etc…
Come on brothers and sisters do you really think God will not answer the fervent prayers of his people that are living a Godly life and seeking first his kingdom and his righteousness. We have seen with our own eyes people that received a revelation from The Holy Spirit to get baptized for the forgiveness of sins and they have just simply obeyed. We are in fellowship with dear brothers and sisters that have been called in dreams to leave everything and go to other countries they had never been to or had even heard of and The Lord not only opened the doors for them he blessed them in incredible and supernatural ways.
Our journey has not been easy and The Lord has discipled, rebuked, and encouraged us along the way. We have found ourselves having to totally relearn many spiritual things. In fact, many things that we once preached against. There has been much repentance and much searching of our hearts. The Lord has been literally teaching us in dreams, visions, through brothers and sisters, and complete strangers.
God has been so faithful to us these last few years. Supernaturally providing in many ways. Homes, vehicles, food, joy, and fellowship. We have been guided by dreams and visions and have been very blessed WHEN we have obeyed. We would like to say that we have been totally obedient and reliant on God but this would be a lie and we have fallen short and have given into fear and doubt and have suffered the consequences of not listening and trusting God.
We have often gone ahead of The Spirit in our zeal and have had to repent and wait on The Lord.
When we first left we planned to start a “New Congregation” based on love, unity, and true righteousness. We envisioned a Mega Church! A place where people could be “loved” a place for everybody. However, The Spirit had other plans. As we began to examine and question ALL that we believed and had been taught we were handed a book by one of the older brothers in our “New congregation.”
“A Dictionary of Early Christian Beliefs” by: David W. Bercot
The Holy Spirit would use this book to change the direction of our lives forever. As we began to really ask ourselves questions like:
What did the early Church really look like?
What did they believe?
How did they apply what Jesus and the Apostles taught them?
What have we overlooked or missed?
As we begged God for answers He began to open our eyes.
We remember it was a typical Sunday afternoon driving down to San Diego to lead our second house church service for the day when we heard the “Doctrine of The Two Kingdoms.” It literally blew our minds. The fact that yes, the early Church saw themselves as God’s Kingdom and looked at the rest of the World as a whole other kingdom was eye opening.
The quest for truth had begun.
We began to revisit questions we had before such as:
What are the qualifications of an overseer? (Bishop) The Leader of a Church
1 Timothy 3:1-7
Is it ok for a Christian to go to war?
Luke 6:27-36
Should the church be composed of only sold out disciples?
Matthew 13:36-43
What should a church service look like?
1 Corinthians 14:26
Is remarriage adultery?
Luke 16:18
Does a woman have to wear a head covering?
1 Corinthians 11:1-16
Should a woman wear makeup & jewelry?
1 Peter 3:1-6
These are a few questions that we have had to ask ourselves.
Why is it important to ask these questions and go to the Bible to find answers for these questions ? Well, because we will all have different kinds of opinions and different levels of love for the World along with its passions and desires.
Because our hearts are deceitful and we will all have various opinions on what this and that means to us.
The Lord in his wisdom has given us directions and laws for his Kingdom citizens to follow. It is true that the world has its own rules and laws they have their opinions on what is right, acceptable, and allowed. But King Jesus has laid out rules for Kingdom living and how his people are to conduct themselves in this world. We who have been born again have a new culture;Kingdom Culture. Paul says “we are neither Jew, Gentile, slave or free male or female but you are all one in Christ”
Yes, We are talking about New Testament teaching “what was delivered to the Saints once and for all”.
Let’s take heed at the following scripture:
“Just as weeds are gathered up and burned in the fire so will it happen at the end of this world. The Son of Man will send out his angels and they will uproot from the kingdom everything that is spoiling it, and all those who live in defiance of its laws, and will throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be tears and bitter regret. Then the good will shine out like the sun in their Father’s kingdom. The man who has ears should use them!”
Matthew 13:40
This scripture is talking about people that are in The Kingdom, The Church, Christians! Some of you are just spoiling the Kingdom by the way you live your life and the things you have allowed into your life. You wonder why your children don’t want your Christ. Yet you have taught them to love the world and everything in it. You are in defiance against The King. Many of us sit there like little children arms crossed and fat lipped as we say “NO I WILL NOT OBEY THAT SCRIPTURE” “NO I WILL NOT DO THAT” NO IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT” “NO I WILL NOT CHANGE THAT I WILL LOOK WEIRD” “NO I WILL NOT DRESS THAT WAY I LOVE THE ATTENTION FROM MEN AND WOMEN” “NO NO NO”….You sit there and Judge the people of this world yet you live worse than them. There’s no difference between what you do and they do. You listen to the same music as them and find entertainment from the same sources and in some cases act so hateful towards the same people you are called to love and save!
We challenge you to forget what your earthly teachers are telling you. They are not your King, they don’t love you enough to tell you the truth let alone die for you like Jesus; they are imposters; servants of the Devil masquerading as angels of light. Run for your life. The hour is getting near Jesus is coming back and his Angels will soon come and begin to sift out the tares from the wheat. Please don’t ignore The Warning from The Lord. Fall on your face and seek The Lord ask The Spirit to guide you and to minister to you to convict you so that you know what to change, what to do and say and how to say it. Those with us are more mighty than they.
Pray for us as we strive to grow in our faith, convictions, and love for God and his Kingdom. We are grateful to be free to question and seek The Father and His spirit of truth.
It's true we miss many of our once dear friends but there are feelings that are even more overwhelming and powerful than that. The awe and fear of God and the joy that comes when you obey. The refreshing that comes when you repent. We feel more compelled today than ever before to seek first His Kingdom and His Righteousness. We feel challenged by the Word of God to live Godly, pure, and Holy lives adhering to this faith that was once delivered to the Saints. We are excited to hold out the Truth of the Word of God even if it costs us our very lives.
We are inspired by our brothers of the early Church and those who have followed them those who live separate from the world those who see themselves as strangers and aliens in the world. Those who don’t participate in worldly entertainment, politics, worldly fashion, those who love their enemies etc… Those who take the Bible for face value. Those who don’t try to interpret and explain away the Word to make it convenient for them. Those who just allow God to change them inside and outside. Those who love Jesus with their obedience and not only with their mouths.
Meditate, Fast, Pray, and Repent
Follow us as we follow Christ,
