Last Sunday, Christian Clough, Canon for Liturgy & Music, led a presentation about the life and work of Estonian composer Arvo Pärt, whose choral mass, Berliner Messe, the Cathedral Choir will sing with string orchestra on June 7. Christian shared about Pärt's unique compositional technique, his spiritual inspiration, and the ways in which Pärt plays with time and mood to create music that is unique, beautiful, and spiritually powerful. Join our choir! The Cathedral Choir will be leading a special Choral Eucharist on June 7 at 10AM & 3PM. We invite all singers to join for this special event. Rehearsals begin tomorrow, April 23, at 7PM, with another rehearsal scheduled for this Saturday, April 25, at 9AM. For the full rehearsal schedule and more info, email the office: [email protected].
