Just like canaries once warned miners of danger they couldn’t see, there are warning signs in our spiritual lives that tell us something deeper is wrong.

1. Busyness Defines Your Life-
We wear busy like a badge of honor, but busyness is never a substitute for being with Jesus.

Busyness < Spending Time with Jesus

2. Fading of Spiritual Disciplines-
The things that are truly life giving for your soul are the first to go rather than your first go to.

3. Starving for Sabbath-
God didn't create Sabbath as a burden, but as a gift. When we continually neglect rest, we begin to live as though everything depends on us.

"Whatever you put over your Sabbath is your god."
