Our upcoming Grief Education Series offers a welcoming, educational setting to better understand the grieving process and learn practical tools that can help with healing.
Led by Gwen Kapcia, LMSW, CT, the four-part series will explore normal reactions to grief, ways to work through difficult emotions, and an active approach to moving forward.
