If Jesus had a Cruze-In it would look like this! We had a great group of enthusiastic "Car Guys" who brought their projects to share on a beautiful sunny afternoon Sept 15!

There was plenty of shade, great conversations, Hot Dogs, Chips, and Lemonade to go around. And the Devotion was pretty good too!

We look forward to doing it again next year. THANKS to all those who helped with set-up, serving, and clean-up afterwards!!

Internationally known Christian Apologist, Dr. Frank Turek, will be sharing his presentation, “I Don’t Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist”, at Sonrise Church (6701 NE Campus Way Dr, Hillsboro, OR 97124) on Sunday night, October 20, 2024 at 6:00pm.

This FREE event is sponsored by Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (LCMS) in west Portland to provide an opportunity for those with questions to hear first-hand the compelling evidence for the truth of the Bible, and the reality of God’s power and presence in our lives. Sonrise Church has agreed to partner with us in this event for the sake of the Gospel, and to provide a venue with enough seating to accommodate the expected attendance.

Grab a group of friends (Christians & Non-Christians) and come join us Oct 20 for a life-changing experience!!

PoP Fish Fry Kicks off Summer Schedule! Thanks to Pastor Rich Schmidtke for the Walleye, and his secret batter recipe, we shared a wonderful meal together to start our Summer Worship season! From now until Labor Day we worship all together in the CLC at 9:00am each Sunday, with Bible Study after at 10:30am.

Special thanks to all the volunteers who made this event a great success!!
