Historic Parker’s Church will travel and visit with Hickory Grove Baptist Church, 3504 Hartsville Pike, Castilian Springs, TN on the afternoon for their 136 Homecoming/Church Anniversary.

The program will start at 2:00 P.M.. we pray that God will provide a high spirited service for kingdom building.

The Historic Parker’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church will be celebrating our 156 year Anniversary/Homecoming on Sunday July 12,2026.
Our special guest will be Pastor Arneal Strain and the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church of Cross Plains, Tennessee

The morning worship service will began at 11:00 A.M.. followed by a meal around 1:00 P.M.

The afternoon service will start at 2:00 P.M..

The church is located at 387 Airport Rd.,Portland,Tennessee.

All are invited to come and share this kingdom building event as we continue to serve the community.

The celebration of life for Ronald Lightfoot, son of Deacon Odell and Mother Bernice Lightfoot is scheduled for Friday, July 10th at the Historic Parkers Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
The homegoing celebration is as follows:

Visitation starts at 12:00 P.M. and the service will follow at 1:00 P.M...

The Historic Parker’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of Portland , TN, we extend sincere condolences to the family of Pastor Johnny Ray Clemons and the Star of Calvary church family.

We are praying that God will comfort the Clemons family and the church family as needed during this difficult time.
