This Sunday will be our final service for West Portland United Methodist Church. We are coming to our “Sacred Conclusion as a church. Join us for worship service at 9:30am. We will have some of our former pastors here as well as other special guests.

We are so honored to have been invited to West Portland’s United Methodist Church today to receive a generous gift of $5000 for the work of PDX Saints Love in East Portland.

West Portland UMC has been a beautiful example of radical hospitality and giving as they end their tenure as a congregation, from donating all of their funds to community based organizations to giving over the lease to a BIPOC faith community with no home.

What an example of finishing well. We appreciate you!

Our quarterly blood drive is this Friday. It is out last drive as West Portland United Methodist Church. We are in need of Blood Donors badly. We have lots of open appointments still. Please tell your friends and sign up.

Alive Church held a service at West Portland UMC this weekend. It was a "soft" launch as they were trying to figure out the space, kid's area, etc. They had 89 adults and 11 kids.

How wonderful to know that this sacred space will continue to be utilized by a local congregation!
