Unplugged: Student Ministries The term "unplugged" came from a sermon given by Pastor Terry one Sunday morning that came from a sign he saw while driving to church.

NCF Unplugged: Student Ministries (New Covenant Fellowship Church Youth) - A youth group dedicated to reaching out, evangelizing, and shining a light in the darkness! NCF Unplugged: Student Ministries, formerly known as NCFY (simply entitled New Covenant Fellowship Youth), is the youth group for New Covenant Fellowship Church in Collet, Indiana pastored by Terry Bye. The sign said "Unplug" and had

a picture of a boy holding a video game controller on one side and the same boy holding a turtle on the other. The sign's message was clear: we need to unplug from all of our electronic devices and plug back into nature, which is God's beautiful creation. This message was interpreted by his grandchildren Alysia and Anthony and made into the current name of the youth group "Unplugged." Implying that the youth group unplugs from the world and plugs into Christ, also given it's slogan, "Unplug from the World and plug into Christ!"

Don't miss live worship, a cookout, and games this Sunday night at 6:30PM for youth group! Also, Discipleship Groups are starting up with the young men's beginning this coming Monday (June 23rd) at 6:00PM led by Pastor Terry and the young women's beginning this coming Tuesday (June 24th) at 6:00PM led by Katie. All of this is being held at the church (New Covenant Fellowship Church) in the youth building. Hope to see you all there!!

NCFY UNPLUGGED-WIN A PIZZA KING PIZZA FOR YOUR SELF AND A PIZZA PARTY FOR THE ENTIRE YOUTH GROUP!!!!!!!!!!

HOW IT WORKS EACH WEEK WE WILL PLAY A GAME (games will not be the same every week) THE WINNER (or) WINNERS OF THE GAME WILL EARN 5pts. THE WINNER WILL ALSO DRAW A VERSE OUT OF A BOX OR CAN FOR EACH YOUTH MEMBER THAT DIDN'T WIN.

FOR THOSE WHO RECEIVE A VERSE THEY MUST MEMORIZE THE VERSE BEFORE THE NEXT YOUTH MEETING, IN DOING SO THEY WILL EARN 2pts. THE FIRST YOUTH MEMBER TO EARN 100pts WINS THE PIZZA KING PIZZA (or a pizza from any where else in town if they do not like pizza king). ALL THE POINTS FROM EVERY YOUTH WILL BE TOTALED TOGETHER AND ONCE 500pts HAS BEEN EARNED WE WILL HAVE A PIZZA PARTY!!!!

IN ORDER TO JOIN IN ON THE PIZZA YOU WILL HAVE TO AT LEAST EARNED 10pts WHICH EQUALS 5 VERSES MEMORIZED! LETS NOT STOP THERE IF YOU HAVE EARNED LESS THAN 20pts
(10 VERSES) THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO SERVE THE OTHER YOUTH BEFORE YOU GET TO EAT!! Oooh OOPS

ALMOST FORGOT YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO WASH THE THEIR FEET BEFORE EATING. ANY QUESTIONS????

SOME OF THE GAMES MAY REQUIRE TEAMS. EACH TEAM PLAYER ON THE WINNING TEAM WILL RECEIVE 5pts EACH. TEAMS MAY NOT BE THE SAME EVERY GAME (when teams are required)YOU MUST CHOOSE DIFFERENT TEAMMATES OR WE WILL CHOOSE TEAMS FOR YOU.

Saturday Night Alive is still on for tonight! We will not be going to Muncie, but we'll still meet at McDonald's at 6:00 PM. We will just hang out there and POSSIBLY go see "Gravity" at the Ritz (it will depend if everyone has the money). Bring your Bibles! See ya there!!
