If it didn't feel official before, it's official now. We couldn't be happier to welcome, affirm, and now install Pastor Tyler Michel as Greater Portland Bible Church's new lead pastor! May God richly bless Tyler, Bonnie, their children, this church, and our community through his good shepherding.

Join us for some family Halloween fun! This year we are inviting the community to a Trunk-or-Treat and Pumpkin Slam event at Greater Portland Bible Church on Sunday, October 29th from 4-6 PM. There will be fun games, candy, and pumpkin slinging for the whole family! We hope to see you there!

This Sunday (Nov 13) is our first Lunch In or Out! Bring a lunch and eat in with others after church or group up to eat out. Every 2nd Sunday meet up at the coffee corner at noon to divide up and go.

A great way to make new friends or deepen existing ones! No RSVP ever needed. All invited to this no-host lunch connection!

Join us next Sunday, October 23 for SW Churches Together! Our worship gathering will be at 10am and will be a joint service with members of Missio Community and Riversgate Church here at Greater Portland. SW Church Together is a partnership of several SW Portland churches that support one another, worship with one another, and serve our neighborhood together as one big “C” church.

Together is the best way to live and grow as followers of Jesus. Our small groups are where people can connect and build deeper, Christ-centered relationships and serve together. Groups are made up of many different types of people and may have different areas of focus, but all are committed to the mission of living out the gospel of Jesus.

Can you believe it’s already fall and Halloween is just around the corner?! In the past, we have offered a Halloween festival at our church to our neighbors. This year let’s bring the festival to the neighborhoods where we live!

We invite you to create something that will engage your neighbors on October 31 beyond the traditional handing out of candy. We have been hard at work putting together some fun games and activities for you to use at home this Halloween.

Setting up and offering an interactive game in your driveway or front porch will give you an opportunity to make new or deepen existing connections with your neighbors!
