Favorite Campus Ministry Program: Catholic Conversations

Takeaway: There is so much I could say, but the biggest takeaway from my four years in Campus Ministry was walking alongside my friend on her faith journey and witnessing her baptism this past Easter. I will deeply miss the time I’ve spent in the Chapel, from Adoration to attending daily and Sunday Mass. I’m especially grateful for the Holy Cross priests: for Fr. Tim, who is always willing to listen, and for Fr. Charlie’s deep care for life. My faith was truly transformed here.

Favorite Campus Ministry Event: The Bell Tower Ceremony

Takeaway: The biggest thing I will take with me is the relationships I’ve fostered over the past for years, and especially the skill of creating those relationships. When I came to UP as a freshman, I always knew I had a home in the Catholic Church and Campus Ministry really helped me feel connected to my family far away, while also helping me build a new family on campus. It was hard to make new friends, but I found so many in Campus Ministry and I will always remember that and hold it with me.

Favorite Campus Ministry Program: Catholic Conversations & Daily Mass!

Takeaway: My time in Campus Ministry taught me and reminded me time after time, the value of putting God first, especially during life’s busiest seasons. Whether it was attending daily Mass or going to Adoration, nothing brought me the peace and strength I needed to carry on with my days like spending some time with God.

It’s time to celebrate Natalia! 🎓🌸

Favorite Campus Ministry Program: Saint Drogo’s Café. It’s such a safe and welcoming space to have meaningful conversations while sharing tea and coffee with others.

Takeaway: One of my biggest takeaways from my time in Campus Ministry is the reminder that you are enough and always welcome in these spaces. I’ve also come to appreciate the beauty of God and His creation through the many wonderful people doing His work. It has truly created an amazing on-campus community.

Favorite Campus Ministry Program: The Campus Spirituality Team and the Encounter with Christ Retreat

Takeaway: This community on campus is the heart of what it means to be a Pilot of compassion, trust, and love. My time in Campus Ministry has been a fruitful journey and strengthened my faith in ways I never imagined. I’m blessed to have met the kindest and most supportive people through Campus Ministry.
