We didn’t just celebrate Mass. We proclaimed it. No solo celebramos la Misa. La proclamamos.

Corpus Christi is the feast that takes Christ out of the church and into the world. Today, our bilingual community processed around the plaza — candles lit, hymns rising, hearts full — in a public act of faith that declared to every passerby: He is real. He is here. And He is for you. The Eucharistic procession is one of the oldest and most beautiful traditions of the Church — a living testimony to the Real Presence of Jesus Christ, Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in the Eucharist.

The founder of Dominos Pizza sold his 8 million dollar bugatti to build a Catholic Church, a city and a university!

He had everything the modern world tells a man to chase, and he gave it all away to build something eternal.

Tom Monaghan founded Domino’s Pizza and built a massive empire. He reached the absolute pinnacle of material success, acquiring everything from yachts and private jets to his own Major League Baseball team, the Detroit Tigers.

But after a profound spiritual awakening driven by the works of C.S. Lewis, he experienced a massive reversion to his Catholic faith. He realized that none of his worldly possessions ultimately mattered.

He took a "millionaire's vow of poverty," sold the baseball team, liquidated his fleet of classic cars—including an 8 million dollar Bugatti—and began giving his massive fortune away.

He did not just write a check; he built a legacy. He used his wealth to found Ave Maria University and an entirely new town in Florida, anchored by a monumental Catholic church right in the center.

Monaghan proved that wealth itself is not the enemy. Money is simply a tool. When it is placed in the right hands and guided by absolute conviction, it can be used to build great things for the Kingdom.

Lord have mercy+ 🥺🙏🏼

23-year-old Catholic volunteer Ryan Realbuto was shot dead during a robbery attempt while returning home from Eucharistic adoration in Washington, D.C.

Ryan had dedicated his life to serving others through the Capuchin Franciscan Volunteer Corps. On the night he was killed, he had just spent time before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.

A young life full of faith, service, and hope was taken too soon.

Please remember Ryan and his family in your prayers. 🙏
