Key Events of Holy Week (Leading to Good Friday):

Palm Sunday: Jesus enters Jerusalem to cheering crowds on a c**t.

Holy Monday: Jesus cleanses the Temple, driving out money changers.

Holy Tuesday: Jesus teaches on the Mount of Olives and is anointed in Bethany.

Spy Wednesday: Judas Iscariot conspires with the chief priests to betray Jesus for 30 pieces of silver.

Maundy Thursday: Jesus celebrates the Last Supper, washes his disciples' feet, and institutes the Eucharist.

Thursday Night/Early Friday: Jesus prays in the Garden of Gethsemane and then betrayed by Judas with a kiss, and is arrested.

Early Friday Morning: Jesus undergoes trials before the Jewish Sanhedrin court then Pontius Pilate, and Herod,condemned to death.

Good Friday Morning: Jesus is scourged, crowned with thorns, and forced to carry his cross to Golgotha.

These events, particularly the raising of Lazarus before the week began, increased the religious leaders' anger and finalized their plot to kill Jesus, fulfilling Old Testament prophecies.

What a beautiful day to praise, worship and fellowship in the house of the great I AM! Our Palm Sunday service, luncheon and egg hunt was a great time had by all!

Oh how sweet is the goodness of God. Let today be the day that we stand proud cause we know we serve a mighty God.

It was a great day in the House of the Lord!
3 mighty young men of God came today learning to preach and testifying of the goodness of God!
Their messages shared words of encouragement and the love Jesus has for each of us.

As a Church family we are so proud of these young men and excited to see all that God has done and is doing in their lives.
