Victory isn’t never being tempted. Victory is not yielding when temptation comes.

Jesus didn’t promise that temptation would disappear—but He does give us the power to overcome it.

The temptation may be real.
The pull may be strong.
The battle may be intense.

But temptation does not have to become sin.

Through Christ, we can say NO. We can stand. We can overcome.

That’s victory in Jesus. 🙌

Because Jesus Christ is alive—and He has a people who are alive in Him!

The message is alive.
The Spirit is alive.
The saints of God are alive.
The Church of God is ALIVE!

Before the worship service begins, there’s a place for every age to open the Bible, learn the truth of God’s Word, ask questions, and grow together.

From our youngest children to our adults, Sunday School is worth getting up a little earlier for.

On International Day of Charity, we’re reminded that biblical charity is more than generosity—it is the love of God lived out in our lives.

It changes the way we speak.
The way we treat one another.
The way we serve.
The way we forgive.
The way we respond when love isn't easy.

As we were recently reminded:

“Without the love of God, I cannot accomplish the will of God.”

May that love be seen not only in what we say, but in everything we do.

What good would commitment be if it came with permission to be unfaithful?

We understand that in marriage. A husband and wife remain faithful not simply because there are rules, but because they love one another.

So what about our relationship with God?

Jesus didn't save us so we could continue yielding ourselves to sin. Love changes how we live. When we truly love Him, our desire is to please Him—not continually choose the very things that separate us from Him.

“You know why people keep sinning? Because they don’t love God.”

That’s a strong statement—but it gives every one of us something worth examining:

⚔️ Here’s what’s been going on at Man to Man!

Our men have been digging into biblical manhood and the armor of God—learning what it means to be strong, faithful men who lead their families, stand for what’s right, and are there when a brother needs them.

This week’s reminder: the battle is real, keep your shield of faith up—and help your brother when his starts to fall. 🛡️

We’re thankful for the men who have been coming, growing, challenging one another, and building stronger relationships along the way.

We need each other. And we need another generation of strong, godly men coming behind us.

Haven’t made it to Man to Man yet? We hope to see you at the next one!

And a quick apology for our ASL interpreter occasionally wandering into the camera’s view! 😄 We’re still working out the best setup for filming and interpreting at the same time.
