CALLING ALL CP STUDENTS

We will begin practicing for the Christmas service TOMORROW - 12/3/24 - at 5:15pm

We will be doing what is called a "Responsive Reading" - students will read a script and the congregation will respond throughout the reading. Nothing needs to be memorized - we just need to practice the order of students reading and the rythym of reading. I will have scripts to hand out tomorrow.

If you are going to participate, you need to be at all 3 rehearsals on Tuesday evenings to ensure we have everyone included and we can practice all together.

Please confirm here or text me/Corey to confirm if you are going to be involved.

📣📣 IMPORTANT CHANGE FOR YOUTH TONIGHT - PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST! 📣📣

This week for youth we are teaming up with Pastor Vince and Leticia to do something a little different.

The guys have all been invited to go see the movie The Forge with the men of the church. Over 60 men are going together to see this movie. What an amazing gathering of men of God!

The girls will be getting together with the ladies of the church to pray for our men to continue to rise up and lead their families with the strength and wisdom of the Lord.

There will not be a “normal” youth gathering tonight so please join us for either the prayer time if you’re a girl or the movie night if you’re a boy.

We’re looking forward to what the Lord is doing through all generations!

Guys will be meeting at the church at 5:45pm and will leave from there for the movie. The movie is 2 hours long and starts at 6:25pm. Parents can pick up their youth directly from the movie theater.

Prayer begins for the ladies at 6:30pm at City Point

Entry into Lakeshore Campground is $7 for students 17 and under.

CHANGE OF PLANS FOR CP STUDENTS TONIGHT

We have been made aware of a family that is need of help! So this week, CP Students is switching gears to go out and SERVE. We will be helping to pull weeds and reap a garden harvest - so make sure you come dressed to work!

It will be hot out, so bring a towel to wet and put around your neck and some water!

Dropoff and pickup will be the same as usual tonight but we are aiming to leave the church at EXACTLY 6:30pm to optimize the time so please try to get dropped off a couple mins early or you may miss the van!
