First Reformed Church of Portage FRCP is a Christ-following church in the heart of the city. We have an old school building with a mix of ages.

We teach the Bible and have a simple worship style. We love having fun, taking care of one another, and helping those around us.

It’s Christmas time! Join us as we celebrate the birth of Jesus with “The Bethlehem Journey” here at First Reformed Church of Portage. We’ll transport you back in time to the streets of Bethlehem at the time of the census. You’ll follow in the footsteps of Mary and Joseph, encountering those they may have encountered as they looked for shelter back in town of their ancestors. Finally catch up with the baby Jesus in the manger, all the while remembering that he is the reason for the season and filling your hearts with the true Spirit of Christmas.
