On this Sunday, June 21, 2026! - "The Fourth Sunday after Pentecost" - note: Summer worship begins @ 9:30 a.m.

This Sunday we continue to share Jesus' instructions to the disciples. Our lesson this morning from Matthew 10 seems to take on a rather ominous tone. We might wonder, "what's the deal, Jesus?" And yet, in the midst of all of the "warnings" we hear again and again - "Do not be afraid!" Yes, being a disciples is not always easy - that which we believe and share is not always accepted. And still there is reason to hope - and even more, there is reason to "keep doing" that for which we have been called and sent. Wise words for disciples then - and now. We will explore this more on Sunday morning.

Come and hang out with us on this Sunday - in person or with video or by "radio." We would love to share worship and fellowship with you. All are invited - all are welcome!

On this Sunday, June 14, 2026! - "The Third Sunday after Pentecost" - note: Summer worship begins @ 9:30 a.m.

This Sunday we read / hear of Jesus' ministry - a ministry of healing and restoration for the world. Yes, the Kingdom of God that Jesus brings into the world is amazing. But Jesus in our lesson this morning from Matthew 9 and 10 takes this another step - describing "discipleship" as not merely a "spectator" experience of "right belief" - but even more of a "participatory" experience of "doing what Jesus is doing!" That to which Jesus calls and sends disciples (then and now) - mirrors what Jesus himself is doing. What an awesome calling. And what a challenging calling. Both / and! We will explore this "experience of discipleship" (for disciples then and now) more on Sunday.

On this Sunday, June 7, 2026! - "The Second Sunday after Pentecost" - note: Summer worship begins @ 9:30 a.m.

This Sunday we celebrate with our graduates! Our worship service will be a time of "celebrating" all that they have accomplished AND looking forward to all that they will yet accomplish. Beginnings and Endings. Or is it Endings and Beginnings? Is it one or the other? Or is it both? We will ponder this further on this "Commencement Sunday" worship experience.
