White Oak Baptist Church Pastor Jordan X. Richardson & First Lady Lisa Richardson White Oak Baptist Church was organized in 1837 on a bush arbor, known as the Drakie Plantation.

The congregation moved to this location after the property was donated in 1875.

🎉 Family Game Night Was a Success! 🎉

What a wonderful evening of fellowship, fun, and connection! Families and friends came together to play games, share laughs, enjoy great food, and create lasting memories.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so special. It was a blessing to see our church family enjoying time together outside of our regular services.
We are grateful for every smile, every conversation, and every moment of joy shared. ❤️

Recap of Sunday Message:

Ephesians 4:22-24: "You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness."

Paul is describing the transformation that comes with following Christ:
“Put off your old self” – Turn away from the sinful habits, attitudes, and behaviors that characterized your life before Christ.
“Be made new in the attitude of your minds” – Allow God to renew your thinking, values, and perspective.
“Put on the new self” – Live according to your new identity in Christ, reflecting God's character through righteousness and holiness.

🎤 1st Sunday – Youth Sunday
Come support and encourage our young people as they lead us in worship and share their gifts.
👔 2nd Sunday – Father's Day Celebration
Join us as we honor and celebrate the fathers and father figures who make a difference in our lives. Please let us know if you would like do something on the program.
🎲 June 12 – Family Game Night
Bring the whole family for an evening of fun, laughter, fellowship, and friendly competition!
🍞🍷 June 28 – Holy Communion
As we close out the month, we will gather together in remembrance and reflection through Holy Communion.
