“Great is your faith” — Matthew 15:28

We live in a world of instant answers, quick fixes, and constant uncertainty. We can Google almost anything, track almost everything, and have answers in seconds... but faith asks us to trust Jesus even when we don’t have the answers yet.

Maybe you’re in a season where you’re waiting. Maybe you’re wondering what God is doing. Maybe you’re trusting Him with something you can’t control.

Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep showing up.

Your faith isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about knowing who you’re putting your trust in.

Join us this Sunday at 9:00 a.m. as we worship together and hear from a guest leader.

Please consider joining us, this Sunday at 09:00 a.m. as we continue the post-Pentecost journey. We will share scripture from 1 Kings where the prophet, Elijah, is on the run from the evil Jezebel. In Matthew's gospel, we will hear how Jesus sends the disciples back across the Sea of Galilee following the feeding of (more than) 5,000 and then comes to their rescue in a storm! We will explore how God seems to come to us in the most unexpected ways and places.

No matter who you are or where you are on life's journey, you are welcome here! We would love to see you on Sunday!

Please join us this Sunday at 09:00 a.m. when we will hear the Prophet Isaiah extending an extravagant welcome to God's people who are returning from Babylonian exile.

Isaiah's prophecy will be paired with Matthew's gospel reading of Jesus' "Feeding of the (many more than) 5,000". We also share in Christ's feeding through our sacrament of Holy Communion where ALL are welcome at Christ's communion table!

LIGHTHOUSE YOUTH MINISTRY SUMMER OF SERVICE –
"DO SOMETHING" CAMPAIGN!

This summer, Lighthouse Youth Ministry is focused on a summer of service, aptly named, “Do Something”.

“The idea behind it is that in our hurting and broken world, no one can do everything, but everyone can do something! And what better way to "Do Something" then by continuing to lean into our ecumenical partnerships and come together this summer to highlight a variety of ministries throughout Ozaukee County and beyond and give folks a plethora of opportunities to use their gifts to "Do Something" to serve!”

First Congregational Church will be supporting LYM and the “Do Something” campaign by giving back our time. More details to come!

Lighthouse Youth Ministry has designed a t-shirt for this year’s summer of service that will be worn on the Youth Mission trip to Nashville and the adult trip to Chicago.

FCC members and friends are welcome and encouraged to order a T-shirt!

Orders are due to the Church Office by THIS Sunday, July 19.
