Feast of St. Boniface

Today we celebrate Saint Boniface, known as the "Apostle of Germany." Filled with zeal for the Gospel, St. Boniface courageously preached Christ to those who had never heard the Good News and worked tirelessly to strengthen the Church throughout Europe.

His life reminds us that evangelization begins with a deep love for Jesus and the courage to share that love with others. Through his faithful witness, countless souls were brought to Christ.

Ponder & Reflect:
• How is God calling me to share my faith with others?
• Do my words and actions lead people closer to Christ?
• Where can I be a witness to the Gospel in my daily life?

St. Boniface, pray for us!

Feast of St. Charles Lwanga and Companions

Today we honor Saint Charles Lwanga and his companions, the courageous Ugandan martyrs who gave their lives for Christ between 1885 and 1887.

Despite intense persecution, these young men remained steadfast in their faith, choosing fidelity to Jesus over comfort, safety, and even their own lives. Their witness reminds us that true discipleship requires courage, perseverance, and complete trust in God.

St. Charles Lwanga is especially remembered for protecting the young men entrusted to his care and for encouraging them to remain faithful to Christ no matter the cost.

Ponder & Reflect:
• Am I willing to stand firm in my faith when it is difficult?
• How can I encourage others to follow Christ with courage?
• What sacrifices is God asking me to make for the sake of the Gospel?

St. Charles Lwanga and Companions, pray for us!
