Yesterday we joyfully installed Claubert Pierre as our new vicar at Grace Lutheran Church PSL. The service honored their call to ministry with prayers, Scripture readings, and a warm congregational welcome. We look forward to their leadership, pastoral care, and service as they begin this new chapter with us.

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms." — 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV)

Can you imagine what brings true happiness to someone in Haiti, Jonathan? It’s as simple as a couple of pairs of pants, a few t-shirts, and a couple of meals of Feed My Starving Children' rice. Gifts like these are enough to completely brighten someone's day and put a massive smile on their face.

Can something as simple as a bag of rice and a bottle of cooking oil make a difference in Haiti right now?
Absolutely. For many widows in rural communities, these basic items mean survival. They do not have them every day, and your generosity becomes the difference between going to bed hungry or having a meal with dignity.
In remote areas of Haiti, widows have spent years working side‑by‑side with their husbands—tending gardens, raising animals, doing whatever they could to sustain their families. But when the husband passes away, everything changes. Haiti has no bank accounts for the poor, no 401k, no retirement system, no safety net. And in the countryside, life becomes even harder. This is why the number of widows continues to grow, and why their needs are so urgent.
You can support these citizens of Haiti today by donating through our website

Your gift - no matter the size-is proof that when communities come together, widows can eat daily and live with hope.
Please, fellow citizens of the world: eating should never be a question of “What will I eat today?” or “Where will I search for food?” while the stomach cries out. Together, we can make sure it isn’t.

In order to provide the most basic care for the community, we are in need of the following medical supplies including but not limited to: basic medications of aspirin, pain relievers, cough syrup and cough drops; other first aid supplies of bandages, gauze, alcohol swabs, antiseptic ointment, medical tape, cotton balls, cotton swabs, syringes, gloves, masks, tongue depressors, hand sanitizers, antiseptic wipes, table paper, paper gowns; and medical equipment including blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, blood sugar machines, medical scales for infants to adults and bright examination lights, etc.

Our vision is to see a transformation in the lives of the young Children and orphans in Haiti by giving them hope.

Good morning! Yesterday was such a blessing. I had the chance to spend some time with Pastor Jeff while sharing a presentation about our work in Haiti. It was a joy to talk about the mission, the children, and the hope God continues to grow through Habitat for Children Ministries. Moments like that remind me how faithful God is and how good it feels to walk this journey with others who care.

Good morning, world, and Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers in Haiti especially my dear mom.
Today we celebrate you, your strength, your love, and the sacrifices you make every single day.

To every child whose mother is still here, honor her, cherish her, and celebrate her.
And to those whose mothers have gone to be with the Lord, remember them with love. but don’t live in the past. Their memory stays alive in our hearts and minds, and we continue to praise God for the gift of life He has given us today.

“Her children rise up and call her blessed.” Proverbs 31:28

Happy Mother’s Day, Mom. Love you dearly. 💕

A Message from Habitat Care Center

Habitat Care Center began as a simple dream, sketched out on a piece of paper. Today, that dream is a reality standing tall and fully operating just as we once imagined.
To our wonderful doctors, nurses, and hospital partners: we earnestly ask you to continue serving our community with the highest standards of care and safety every single second. That was our true intention from day one, and we are determined to keep that purpose as our focus every single step of the way.

Dear Friends and Supporters,

I wanted to take a moment to share some wonderful news regarding our clinic’s expansion. Thanks to your continued belief in our vision and your incredible generosity, we are officially moving in the right direction with the construction of our second story!

Reaching this milestone is a testament to what we can achieve together. This new space will allow us to expand our reach, enhance our services, and ultimately care for more individuals in our community who rely on us.

We are making steady, tangible progress, and the energy on-site is truly inspiring. There is still work to be done, but seeing the physical structure take shape reminds us of the incredible impact your support makes every single day.

Thank you for standing by us, investing in our mission, and helping us build a healthier future from the ground up. I look forward to keeping you updated as we continue to climb higher.

Matthew 25 Ministries, thank you for organizing such a powerful conference and for extending the invitation. It was a blessing to meet so many dedicated ministry partners in the field.

We truly loved connecting with fellow mission‑minded servants, sharing the heart of Habitat for Children Ministries, and building relationships with incredible people who carry the same passion for God’s work. Every conversation, every prayer, and every word of encouragement reminded us why we continue to serve with faith and joy.
