“I have a testimony of how impactful and important is to have and show gratitude.
When we show our gratitude to the savior, it’s saying say thank to the many blessings he give us. I went to fsy last year and Brother Andre came to speak to us and he was sharing a lesson on gratitude. He shared a story of him going to a third world country and while visiting a tiny village the people there had leporsi, and this type of disease would make the skin of their fingers come off leaving only their bones. And yet they weren’t complaining and just grateful that president Andre was there helping them. This made me grateful that I have thumbs to text my friends! It really makes me rethink all of the “hard” things I went through. Of course heveanly father and Jesus Christ give each of our own trials that will make us grow and what we can handle but after hearing this story… it makes me appreciate the life I have. There’s a quote that I found I think is just so fantastic, it states “God gave you a gift of 86,000 seconds today, have you used one of them to say thank you?” We live in a time of difficult and trials none like before, but I can assure you when you see what other people are going through and that we know the true gospel, it helps you see through different lenses to get through those trails. I know this is Jesus Christ’s church, I know he loves us unconditionally, and I know that he lives. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ amen.”

“I have a strong testimony that through Christ and faith, we can truly do all things. I know that if we pray to Heavenly Father for help, he will help us. It may not be in the way we want it to work or expect, but it will be better. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ know me perfectly. I know that Christ knows when I feel lonely or frustrated or like I'm not enough, because he felt it all in the garden of Gethsemane. And I know he went through that because he loves me. I love love love President Nelson and I know that he is truly a prophet of God. Whenever I see his smiling face, I am filled with the Spirit. I know he receives revelation for our day. I love his enthusiasm towards sharing the gospel. I know that as we press forward with faith in Christ, we will find true joy and love. I know that we can live with our families for all eternity in heaven. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.”

“I have a testimony that through Christ all things are possible, both big and small. That through Him we can find peace and true joy. He is the rock of our salvation and the only way we can truly navigate through these latter days. I know that He has been a hand in my life through my trials and struggles. I know that President Russell M. Nelson is a prophet of God, and that through Gods hand Joseph Smith brought forth the translation of the Book of Mormon. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.”

“I believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ because of the countless miracles and blessings I have seen in my life and in the lives of others. The gospel gives me a purpose for my time here on earth, to gather all to Israel, and let everyone feel like a child of God with a divine purpose. I believe that the gospel leaders here on earth are called to give us guidance directly from God. As someone who partakes in the gospel of Jesus Christ, I know that I will live with my savior again and that i am deserving of love.”

“Life is hard. As I grow and experience more and more of life, I’ve found that it really is a challenge to have a “good day.” But while noticing this, I have also noticed how much better my days are when I put in effort to have God close to me. As a child of God, I know that I and all other people on the earth have divinity and light within ourselves from the moment we are born. It can be hard to feel this way, but our nature as children of God means that we can overcome any obstacle in our lives. In order to make full use of our divine abilities, we need to rely on the strength and atonement of Jesus Christ. Only through His sacrifice and His power can we be saved and overcome the pains and difficulties in our lives. Even with him, our lives will not be easy, but I know from experience that the pain of going through struggles in your life while relying on Christ is nothing compared to the agony of going through struggles without Him.I know that God our Heavenly Father and his son Jesus Christ have a perfect love for us, more than we can even imagine. I have felt their love for me times when I needed it and times when I felt unworthy of it. No matter what has or is happening in your life, no matter what you do or where you go, God is always aware of you and always loves you. All he asks is to “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
I know that God lives and he cares for everyone, and is waiting for us to turn to him. In the name of Jesus Christ amen.”

“I believe that the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and that this church is lead by prophets called by god. President Nelson leads out church through revelation and we can have personal revelation for guidance in our life. I know the power of the Holy Ghost, it can lead and guide us in our lives. I know that temples are the houses of the lord and that we can go there to feel peace when we do temple work. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and the words that is says are word of god and if we study and ponder them we will be blessed with knowledge of Christ.”

“I believe Joseph Smith was a true prophet and restored this church to help us be the best we can be. I know Jesus Christ atoned for our sins so that we can return to our Heavenly Father in the Kingdom of Heaven. I believe in the scriptures and I know that they can help us through our journey of life. I know that we are to be a light unto the world and spread gods word to those around us. I know we should obey the commandments and the word of wisdom and I know that great blessings will come to follow. I believe in every prophet of the church that has ever walked the Earth and every prophet that ever will. I’m proud to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.”

“I have a testimony that letting the lord prevail in your life brings many incredible blessings. I have realized that the lowest points in my life were made much worse because I left the Savior out of my daily routine. I would often find myself stressed and struggling with daily activities. I focused too much on my worldly plans and felt lost because of it. I found that when I turned to the scriptures and prayed to him daily my mental health improved. It helped me to play better on the soccer field and be able to be an uplifting influence to more people. Letting the Lord prevail is not just praying and reading scriptures, it is also listening to and carrying out his promptings. I have personally seen the blessings that you can receive from this and they are limitless. As I listen to him and follow his messages specifically for me, I have been able to make it through the hard moments and in some cases avoid them all together. I would like to end by saying God has given us agency and as I have decided to make choices that reflect my gratitude and show my trust in him, I have been able to strengthen my relationship with him. I say these things, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.”

“I just want to say that it’s changed my life when I have start to take time in seeing the lords hand in my life. He has done so much for me. Everything from getting adopted to helping me with getting an air soft gun but one thing that I will never forget was when I was blessing the sacrament and I have ADHD were it really effects my ability to read so I prayed a short prayer in my heart and asked him to help me read perfect and this was like right as I was about to read it and sure enough I read it perfectly. I am still so amazed about this because I thought to myself I could not do it but I just thought that this is Gods work, if he wants it done it will happen and ever since I have just sat down and really looked at how many little things he does everday for me is amazing. I say this things in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.”
