In case you didn't read about it in our monthly email newsletter, check out Laura's powerful testimony of prayer...
Last month, there was a special moment in our weekend services where people were invited to come and pray during worship. Several people came forward, one of which was Laura.
She had been dealing with a pinched nerve that sent pain shooting down her left leg—sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes almost unbearable. Even simple things like standing or walking meant stopping to rest every few minutes. So she came, asking God for healing, and was anointed with oil as we prayed together.
What happened next didn’t unfold over weeks or months—it began almost immediately. As Laura walked up the aisle and out to her car, she noticed something was different. The pain that had been so constant was suddenly gone. Not reduced—gone. And it didn’t come back. All week following the service, she was amazed that she could suddenly stand, walk, and move freely without needing to stop and rest.
Laura’s response says it best: "God is amazing, faithful, merciful, and fully aware of all things."
This wasn’t just physical healing—it was a reminder that God sees, cares, and still moves in powerful ways. Because of what He’s done, Laura no longer needs physical therapy, and she’s walking in freedom—both physically and spiritually.
Stories like this remind us that prayer matters, that God is present, and that He is still at work among us. Where we share stories like this, it helps our faith grow.
