Genesis Christian Church of the Nazarene Welcome to Genesis Christian Church of the Nazarene where HOPE is preached through the work of Christ The school offers classes from K4 - 8th grade.

Genesis Christian Church of the Nazarene is located at 19150 Helena Avenue, right in the heart of Port Charlotte. It was built on the corner of our serene ten acre site in 1981. The Church of the Nazarene denomination was begun at Pilot Point Texas in 1908. Our distinctive encouragement to the Body of Christ is to emphasize the power of the work of the Spirit of God in Believers to give us a pure

heart and the power to live a holy life. Our Church believes in Jesus' words to "Go and make disciples of all nations" (Matthew 28:19). We are therefore missions-minded, seeking to share the HOPE of Christ at home and around the world. Genesis Christian School is a ministry of Genesis Christian Church. GCS is dedicated to providing the highest quality Christian education possible. We have small and intimate class sizes where students receive individual attention and loving guidance from our staff of professional teachers. GCS is a member school of the Association of Christian Schools International.
