Have you ever walked away from a conversation and known, almost immediately, that your words carried no grace and no salt — just frustration, or fear, or silence when you should've spoken? 🧂

We sat with that question Wednesday night as Pastor Bryan closed out our study through the book of Colossians (20 weeks — what a journey!) with just two verses: Colossians 4:5-6. "Let your conversation be gracious and attractive, seasoned with salt, so that you have the right response for everyone."

He broke down what salt actually meant back then, and it is so much richer than we realized. In the ancient world, sharing salt with someone sealed a covenant — you were now bound to protect them, never betray them. Roman soldiers were literally paid in salt; that's where our word "salary" comes from. Salt preserved and purified food that would otherwise spoil. And salt creates thirst.

So when Paul says season your speech with salt, he's saying: let your words be trustworthy, valuable, healing, and something that makes people thirsty for more of Jesus. Not harsh. Not empty either. Both grace and truth, in the same sentence.

So here's the question we can't stop thinking about: what's your salt content? Are the words you're putting out into the world this week building trust, or breaking it down?

Do you know Tuesdays are one of our favorite days of the whole week around here? 🕊️

From 10:30am to 1:00pm, we open the doors of Healing Rooms to anyone who needs a little healing — whether it's in their body, their heart, a relationship that's been weighing on them, or just a week that's been a lot. There's no agenda when you walk in. No pressure, no expectations, no judgment. Just people who love Jesus, showing up to pray with people who need Him — including you.

We were actually just talking Wednesday night about how every single interaction in our lives is a divine appointment, a moment God has already prepared in advance. And honestly, Healing Rooms feels like the purest version of that every single week. People walk in carrying something heavy, and they walk out lighter, because someone took the time to sit with them and believe with them.

Have you ever wished Sunday didn't have to end when the service does? 🕊️✨

We're so glad you're spending part of today with us — whether that's in person or streaming with us live. And if this morning leaves you wanting more, we've got somewhere for you to bring that tonight.

Join us for Sunday Night Encounter with Pastor Bryan and Pastor Jennifer Beittel, this evening at 6:00pm at our South Campus. This isn't a repeat of the morning — it's a slower, more open room. Less program, more presence. A space to actually sit with God without watching the clock, to bring whatever's stirred in you today and let Him meet you in it.

We started doing these nights because so many of you told us you wanted more room to encounter God, not just hear about Him. So tonight, come expecting exactly that. Come as you are — tired, hopeful, unsure, ready. There's a seat for every version of you.

Do you have a place where women actually get honest with each other about their walk with God? 🌸📖

If not, we'd love for that place to be here. CAPTIVATE, our women's Bible study, meets this morning — Thursday, September 3rd, 10:00–11:30am — at our North Campus, and Pastor Jennifer is leading us through the S.O.A.P. method (Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer) together.

Here's what we love about this group: it's not a lecture. It's women opening their Bibles side by side, asking honest questions, and walking away with something they can actually carry into the rest of their week. Some weeks we laugh until we cry. Some weeks we cry for other reasons. Every week, we leave a little more anchored than we came in.

Whether you've been coming since the beginning or you've been thinking about it for months and just haven't come yet — today's the day. There's coffee, there's community, and there's a seat with your name on it. ☕✨

Have you ever needed someone to remind you what God has already done for you? 📖

We're deep into our "Believer's Authority" series on Wednesday nights right now, and last week's study on the testimony of Jesus has genuinely been rearranging how a lot of us think. Pastor Rick opened up Revelation 19:10 and showed us something we don't say enough: your testimony — the thing God has already done in your life — isn't just a nice story to tell. It's actually a weapon. It's what gives someone else standing next to you the faith to believe God for their own miracle.

Tonight we keep going. Whether you were here last week or this is your very first Wednesday with us, come as you are — there's no such thing as showing up unprepared. Bring a friend if you've got one who could use a place to land and a word that meets them right where they are.

We'd love to dig into God's Word together tonight. 🙏

Do you have something you've been carrying that you haven't told anyone about yet? 🕊️

Tuesdays are one of our favorite days around here, and honestly, they might be one of the best-kept secrets of what we do. From 10:30am to 1:00pm, our Healing Rooms are open — a quiet space where our prayer team gets to sit with people and pray over whatever they're walking through. Bodies that need healing. Hearts that need mending. Minds that are just plain tired. Whatever it is, however small or big it feels, you're welcome to bring it here.

You don't need an appointment for something urgent, and you don't have to wait until it's an emergency to come. Sometimes the bravest thing a person does is just show up on a Tuesday morning and ask for prayer before things get harder. If you'd like to plan ahead, we're easy to reach:
