DADDY ISSUES

We talk a lot about “daddy issues,” but sometimes we only focus on the wounds fathers may have caused without ever considering the wounds they carry.

This message is not about excusing pain. It’s about understanding that many men are carrying pressure, trauma, disappointment, responsibility, and wounds they were never given permission to express.

Yet we lose sleep, drain our energy, and carry anxiety over possibilities instead of promises.

Faith isn’t the absence of uncertainty. Faith is trusting God when you don’t have all the answers.

Stop trying to control tomorrow. Trust the God who’s already there. 🙏🏽🔥

From powerful worship to heartfelt prayer and a timely word from Pastor Duerre, we were reminded that the Holy Spirit doesn’t just live in us He produces fruit through us.

Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Faithfulness. Gentleness. Self-control.

As we stay connected to Him, His fruit becomes evident in our lives and impacts everyone around us.

You were never designed to carry life by yourself.

In Week 1 of our new series, The Helper, we explored the promise Jesus made:
“I will not leave you as orphans.”

The Holy Spirit is God’s answer to unsupported living.
He helps us.
He stays with us.
He lives in us.

No matter what you’re carrying today, you are not abandoned.
God is closer than you think.
