Fasting guidelines is as follows: No fried foods, Baked or grilled poultry or fish, vegetables fruits and natural juices or water. Starts at 12am tonight and ends at 12am Thursday. No social media the purpose is to purity mind heart and spirit. Discipline and self control. Select time to pray and read the word of God to detox fron the unaware. God is preparing us for this season of sacrifice. This will be continued for the rest of 2022. Mon through Wednesday. Preparing for greater!
