Missouri District UPCI

Missouri District UPCI The Missouri District UPCI is an Apostolic Oneness Pentecostal church organization and has been among the fastest growing denominations in North America

The United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) is a Oneness Pentecostal organization with churches, ministers, and members across the globe. With roots anchored firmly in the Bible and a vision for ministering to communities around the world, the UPCI embraces its mission to carry the whole gospel to the whole world by the whole church. The UPCI has been among the fastest-growing church orga

nizations since it was formed in 1945 by the merger of the Pentecostal Church Incorporated and the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ. From 521 churches in 1945, the UPCI in the United States and Canada grew to 4,602 churches (including daughter works and preaching points) and 9,746 ministers in 2015. In the same year it reported works in 212 nations and territories outside the U.S. and Canada with 35,739 churches and preaching points, 23,401 licensed ministers, 886 missionaries, and a constituency of 2.7 million. The international fellowship consists of national organizations that are united as the Global Council of the UPCI, which is chaired by the general superintendent of the UPCI. Total constituency is estimated at 3 million. The UPCI emerged out of the Pentecostal movement that began with a Bible school in Topeka, Kansas, in 1901 and with the Azusa Street Revival in Los Angeles, California, in 1906. It traces its organizational roots to 1916, when a large group of Pentecostal ministers began to unite around the teaching of the oneness of God and water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ.

On this National Day of Prayer, we are reminded that the hope of a nation is still found in humble, heartfelt prayer. God responds when His people seek Him. 🇺🇸🙏

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” — 2 Chronicles 7:14

Section 10 was honored to welcome Mark Morgan to the Impact KC, hosted at The Pentecostal Church in Blue Springs, where Jason Huckaby serves as presbyter.

With clarity and conviction, Bishop Morgan called our section to build altars—places of surrender and consecration—so that the consuming fire of the Spirit might fall upon the sacrifice of every believer. He emphasized that true alignment with the purpose of God in each local church would position us to experience His power in an unprecedented end-time outpouring of the Holy Ghost.

We are deeply thankful that our Apostolic identity was elevated and that a renewed burden to engage in the end-time harvest was ignited in every heart throughout the KC churches.

There is One greater than anything we’ve known—His name is Jesus, and He is still moving today. When we prepare the way and align our lives with Him, transformation happens by the power of the Holy Ghost, not human effort. If you will open the door, He will come in (Revelation 3:20)—so don’t settle for what’s familiar when Jesus is ready to do something greater in you.

We give God thanks for what He is doing at Cornerstone Tabernacle in Poplar Bluff.
