Did you know that some studies show that you need as many as 12 hugs a day to thrive?
If you and your spouse are having an "off" day, where you have one misunderstanding after another, or perhaps your fuses are shorter than normal, take a few moments to HUG. Hug for at least 60 seconds (the longer the better!)
Hugging releases a hormone called oxytocin, which is related to reduced stress and increased happiness. If you're having a rough day as husband and wife, you definitely need as much as you can handle!
