Outside the church, Pastor Jaison serves as a certified chaplain, life coach, and counselor with Corporate Chaplains of America, offering spiritual and emotional care in the workplace. at Dakota High School, helping young people find direction and purpose through faith. His leadership influence extends into higher education and nonprofit spaces. He has served on the Spiritual Formation Advisory Board at Rochester University and as Chair of the Board of Directors for My Color Is Love, guiding initiatives focused on faith-based leadership and organizational growth. Everything he does is driven by one core aim: to lead with grace, stand for truth, and show the love of Christ in action. He shares this mission with his wife, Retty Koshy, a leader in her own right with a heart for global missions, teaching, and discipleship. Together, they’re raising two daughters, Emma Heidi and Abigail Elizabeth, in a home rooted in faith, service, and love. As a family and a ministry, their vision is clear and unwavering: to equip, empower, and edify disciples of Christ—locally and globally—to win nations for the Kingdom.
