Pentecost Sunday was full of joy, celebration, and the movement of the Holy Spirit in our church family ❤️🔥

From celebrating Baptisms to our Holy Spirit cake contest, yesterday was a beautiful reminder that the Church is alive and filled with God’s presence. We are so grateful for every person who worshipped, laughed, prayed, and celebrated with us.

As Mother Amy reminded us in her sermon through an ancient breathing prayer:
“Breathe on me, Breath of God, fill me with life anew.”

Come, Holy Spirit. 🕊️

Our longest running discipleship group met for the last time before the summer this past week. Below are the groups continuing to meet during the summer: Men’s Bible Study, Stitchers of Love, Lighthouse, Contemplative Prayer Circle, Tai Chi, Youth Group.

This is the first time that a group solely from our Hispanic church congregation is visiting our mission in Bolivia. The song is a translation specially prepared for this activity by our musicians, Ian Bula and Amy Trinidad. 🤍

Yesterday at Joyful Friends we got to hear from the wonderful people at Canine Companions about service dogs, the training process, and they brought along some amazing puppies to meet!

Christ Church Weekend Recap! This past weekend we had 2 outreach offerings on Saturday. Beaches Habitat Faith Build helping build safe and affordable housing. We also had our Family Service Day at Feeding NE Florida. Then on Sunday we had 15 youth and 7 adults confirmed with Bishop Stokes.
