🌟 Police Chief for the Day! 🌟

Our Kindergarten student, Austin Wells, was back in action recently for another incredible community experience, this time serving as “Police Chief for the Day” alongside Chief Bry Layrisson!

Austin earned this exciting opportunity as the high bidder at our Spring Fair Silent Auction. Throughout the day, Austin got a behind-the-scenes look at the police station, tried on an official badge, and even got to sit at the Chief's desk to call the shots. Things got official when Chief Austin got to "arrest" Dr. Bill Wheat!

The adventure didn't stop there, they stopped by Walmart so Austin could pick out a toy police gun, spent some time at the park, and wrapped up the big day with some well-deserved ice cream at Paul’s Cafe.

Thank you so much to Chief Layrisson and the entire department for making this such an unforgettable, fun-filled day for Austin. We love seeing our Crusaders learn from, connect with, and bring smiles to our amazing community leaders!

🌟 Mayor for the Day! 🌟

Congratulations to our Kindergarten student, Austin Wells, who recently enjoyed a special day serving as “Mayor for the Day” with Mayor Wesley Daniels!

Austin earned this exciting opportunity as the high bidder for the experience at our Spring Fair Silent Auction. Throughout the day, he had the chance to visit various places in our community, meet local leaders, and spend time learning about the important work of our city alongside Mayor Daniels and his staff.

Thank you to Mayor Daniels and everyone who helped make this a memorable experience for Austin. We are proud of our young Crusader and love seeing our students connect with and learn from our community leaders!

And just like that, the 2025-2026 school year is officially in the books! 📚

We wrapped up our final week with so much joy, laughter, and celebration. While we are incredibly excited for summer, today was also filled with bittersweet goodbyes as we took time to celebrate some truly amazing educators who are moving on to their next chapters. 🎉✨

We want to share our deepest gratitude for our principal, Mrs. Ragusa, as well as Mrs. Burris and Mrs. April as they head off to exciting new endeavors, and Mr. Lee and Mrs. Leblanc as they officially enter retirement! We are going to miss all of them more than words can say, and we are so thankful for the lasting impact they have made on our school family. 💙🏫

We are so incredibly proud of our students for their hard work, resilience, and amazing achievements this year. It has been a joy watching them learn and succeed all year long. 🏆 🎉

Oh, the places they will go! 🌎✨

Today was our end of the year program for our amazing Pre-K and Kindergarten boys and girls! From the big smiles to the precious performances, we couldn't be prouder of how much they have grown this school year. 🍎🐝🖍️

We are so incredibly grateful to our wonderful families for letting us be a part of your child’s journey. We’ve loved watching them learn and play, and we can’t wait to see all the bright things in their future! 🎒💙

This morning, our school family had the joy of celebrating a very special birthday for our wonderful principal, Mrs. Danette Ragusa! We are so thankful for her leadership, dedication, and the love she has shown to our school and church community throughout the years. As this is also her final year at St. Joseph School before retirement, today’s celebration is even more special. While we will greatly miss her presence, guidance, and caring heart, we are so grateful for the impact she has made on each of us and the many memories she leaves behind. What a beautiful and special night! Our hearts are full as we look back on last nights graduation ceremony. We are incredibly proud of all our students for their hard work and everything they have achieved. It was a joy to celebrate their many awards and accomplishments together. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. May God bless your journey ahead! 💙

A special thank you to Fr. Kumar for celebrating such a beautiful Mass with our graduates, faculty, and families. It was the perfect way to center our hearts on this momentous occasion. 🙏⛪️
