Bon Mange, Good Eats

Today, I traveled to Gheens for the Gheens Bon Mange festival and queens day event. I got to help with the auction and we did a toilet paper roll spaghetti contest. I won best self portrait. It’s always a good time when surrounded by fellow queens.

The sky’s the limit🌤️☁️⛅️

Saturday, I traveled to Franklinton for the Washington Parish balloon festival. I walked around, took pictures, rode a few rides, and even watched the pro rodeo. It was really cool seeing all of the hot air balloons blown up and in the air🎈Then, I went back Sunday for some good food and visited all the vendors🛍️ Congratulations Aniston and Logan on an amazing festival weekend!!!

Yesterday, I attended The Italian Festival where everyone comes as strangers, but leave as family❤️💚🇮🇹

Me and my sister KOE Teen Celtic Heritage Festival Queen rode in the parade then introduced ourselves on stage. Me and fellow Junior Sicilian Queen Addelyn❤️💛 did the tomato toss together🍅 Then, I ended my visit with an amazing piece of pizza from Commodore’s🍕 Thanks for having me and I hope y’all have a great last day of your festival.

Bienvenidos🇪🇸

Sunday, I traveled to New Iberia where I created a pirogue representing my Celtic festival, we learned all about the Spanish culture which made its way to their cute little town, I had a delicious cookies n cream churro, and ended the day getting my face painted. It was a very chilly day, but I loved getting to see all my fellow queens and mingle.

Today, I hopped on over to Cottonport for an egg-cellent time at pockin on the bayou🐣🐇

It may have rained, but we got to have a pockin demonstration then try it out ourselves. We popped confetti eggs and had an Easter egg hunt. We ended things by introducing ourselves while displaying our Easter baskets that represented each of our festivals.

We had a shamrocking good time where everyone got to be Irish for the day.

Today, we walked through the faire city of Ponchatoula handing out vegetables. Then, we had lunch at one of our sponsors, Lacaretta of Ponchatoula, we walked around the antique trade days, visited with some of the vendors, did some shopping, and took pictures with some of the businesses. Then, we headed back to take some royalty headshots. We also hosted around 20 visiting queens🍀🍀🍀
