This banquet is not just a gathering, it is a gentle sanctuary designed specifically for Women who are ready to lay their burdens down, honor their stories, and take a step
toward restoration.
An inspiring evening featuring our Special Guest Speakers—Nancy Epps and Terry Craig, all designed to Uplift Women walking through seasons of grief and trauma, seeking Restoration, Healing, and Hope.
About our Speakers:
Terry Craig, mother of five children, Retired Teacher, former Grief Counselor.
Master of Arts in Counseling, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Terry currently enjoys her time with her Grandchildren.
Nancy Epps has been a laboratory medicine professional for over 50 years, and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical (Laboratory) Technology from Bethune-Cookman University. She also earned her laboratory training at Halifax Medical Center and Humana Hospital Daytona Beach, and later earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs.
Nancy has utilized her education in various roles in the laboratory, and retired from Bert Fish Medical Center as the Director of Medical Laboratory Services after 32 years of service. Her love of the laboratory has continued into her semi-retirement, and now teaches microbiology to nursing students at Daytona College in Ormond Beach both in the classroom and online.
She has lived in Ponce Inlet since 1998 and was elected to the Ponce Inlet Town Council in 2002. In 2005, Nancy was chosen to serve the community as mayor which she did until November 2008.
