Connect Church Our Purpose is to create a Next Generation Church, one that serves our community and loves people. Services start at 9:30am and 10:30am every Sunday.

Our hearts are heavy as we think about the families and friends in our Ponca City community who are grieving the loss of loved ones. In times like these, words often fall short, but we are reminded that we serve a Heavenly Father who sees every tear, understands every hurt, and walks with us through every valley.
Connectors, let's come together in prayer for those who are mourning, for first responders, friends, neighbors, and all who have been impacted by these heartbreaking losses. Pray for God's peace to surround them, His comfort to sustain them, and His presence to be felt in a powerful way. When life feels overwhelming, we can bring every burden, every question, and every pain to the One who is able to carry it all.
"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." Psalm 46:1

🔥 Happy Birthday, Church! 🔥
Pentecost Sunday is more than a date on the calendar. It marks the moment the Church was born.
In Acts 2, the followers of Jesus were gathered together when the Holy Spirit came that morning with power like a rushing wind and tongues of fire. Then Peter stood up and preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ with courage and conviction. Hearts were pierced, people repented, and about 3,000 people were baptized that very day. Many believe those baptisms took place near the southern steps and gates of the Temple Mount, where ceremonial baptism pools were already built. Those very steps became the setting for one of the greatest moments in history: the birth of the Church. The Church was never just meant to be a building. It was meant to be people filled with the Holy Spirit, carrying the hope of Jesus to the world.
And the amazing part?
The same Holy Spirit that came on Pentecost is still moving today. Still changing lives. Still drawing people to Jesus. Still empowering the Church.
