From Prayer First on Tuesday, to serving through the Food Pantry, growing together in The Forge Men’s Study, our Women’s Fellowship Event, and then celebrating Heritage Day this Sunday, there are plenty of opportunities to connect, grow, serve, and worship together.

Sunday is going to be especially meaningful as we welcome First Southern’s former pastor and U.S. Navy Chaplain David Brainard to bring the message, enjoy a potluck together, and receive our Troy Zwilling Memorial Offering for the Open Door Project.

Many believe everyone has a price. Sadly, even some Christians allow themselves to be lured away by the allure of money, forgetting they were bought with the precious blood of Christ. Don't let temporary riches dictate your eternal plans.

Church family, this is really a thank-you to you.

Every gift given toward missions helps support missionaries, church planters, and Gospel work across North America. What we give here in Pomeroy becomes part of something much bigger than ourselves.

Lord, my heart is anxious and burdened with unanswered questions. Sometimes, scripture doesn't offer a clear path. I have to humbly surrender my worries, letting go instead of picking them right back up after prayer.
