Pomeroy Christian Church We believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. On the third day he rose to life, never to die again.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified in sacrifice for our sins, and was buried. He ascended into heaven where he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come again one day to judge the living and the dead. We believe in the Holy Spirit who guides, cares for and comforts the believers. We be

lieve in the one, holy, universal church, and the communion of all the saints. We believe that in Jesus there is forgiveness of all our sins. We believe in the resurrection of Jesus followers to a new and eternal life; living with God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, and fellow believers in a new heaven and earth forever, AMEN.

Hey everyone, we have heard of several families in town that are dealing with some illnesses (specifically a couple stomach bugs going around). If you or any member of your family is currently sick and you were planning on participating in VBS in some way, whether through volunteering or bringing your kiddos, PLEASE do not feel any pressure to attend or show up. In fact, we would rather be safe than sorry and we ask that your family stays home until at least 24 hours have passed since the last sign of illness. The last thing we want is for our VBS become a "hot spot" for illness. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Liz at 850-210-9529.
