Mt. Pleasant Church Pomaria Mount Pleasant Methodist Church has been serving the people of Newberry County since 1822. You are invited to come and join us for Sunday service at 10:00 AM!

Continuing that legacy of family and fellowship, it is our vision to learn, grow, serve, and reach out to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Do not hesitate to ask about the other opportunities we have for you to get plugged in with our community, be that through Bible studies, VBS, 55+ outings, BBQ, and more.

Events at Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church:

Bible Study each Wednesday evening at 6 PM.

Movie night is this Thursday at 6:30 PM.

Spring BBQ and Bake sale is Saturday, March 21st. To purchase tickets please call (803) 924-0433.

Please make a note of Church service time beginning on Easter Sunday. Our Church service time change begins on Easter Sunday, April 5th at 10:30 AM and will remain 10:30 AM year round.

We are asking each family to contribute $30.00 to or Bereavement Fund. Due to recent deaths of our Church family, our funds are very low to provide meals to the grieving families. Please make checks payable to the Church. Thank you!
