Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

This Sunday is Fathers' Day and the 4th Sunday after Pentecost. It is a time when we give thanks to our earthly and Heavenly Fathers. The upcoming announcements are:

Happy and Blessed Father's Day!!
We will switch worship times on Sunday, June 28th so Peace can participate in Herreid's Quasquicentennial Community Worship at 11:00 at the School.

Po***ck:
Table Talk will be on Thursday, June 25th at 7:00 pm at The Oahe Sunset.
The daily mission offering for VBS was sent to purchase fruit trees for families in Guatemala. 20 trees were purchased at $9.00 each. The offering the night of the program was $580.00 which was used to pay VBS expenses along with the prior St. Patrick’s Day quarter collection at the Presbyterian Church of $483.00, totaling $1,064.00. The total expenses for VBS were $998.42. We had an average of 25 students per night. We had a great week. Thank you to all who helped and participated.
Quilting on Wednesdays @ 1:00 pm.
Coffee & goodies are being served in the fellowship room before worship service at 10:15. Everyone is welcome!

Allison Lund and Katelyn Hall are headed to NeSoDak this week for Leadership Camp! Pray for safe travels and a faith-filled and fun week for them as they grow as leaders who will make a lasting impact in their faith communities! 🙏🙏

Sisters and Brothers in Christ,

This week we have entered into what is known as "Ordinary Time" which will take us through the Season of Pentecost. We will hear a couple of stories this Sunday from the Gospel of Matthew. The upcoming announcements are:

This Sunday: 2nd Sunday after Pentecost
Next Sunday: 3rd Sunday after Pentecost

Parish:
There will be an informational meeting for the 2027 National Youth Gathering being held in Minneapolis, MN (June 28-July 2, 2027). We will meet at Po***ck at 7:00 on Wednesday, June 10. All youth who will have completed grades 8-12 next year are eligible. Both youth and parents are encouraged to attend.

Po***ck:
Thank you to the Fjeldheim Family for the Memorial Gift that was used for the handicapped accessible doors to the church building.
We are looking for volunteers to help with work in the parsonage. Please contact Waynette Geigle for more information.
Blood Drive at Po***ck Lutheran on June 9th from 12:30-6:00 pm.

Youth who will have completed 8-12th grades next year who are interested in attending the ELCA National Youth Gathering in Minneapolis next summer: Parents and youth are invited to attend an informational meeting this Wednesday, June 10th at 7:00 pm in Po***ck!
