Sisters and Brothers in Christ,

This is the 15th Sunday after Pentecost and Labor Day weekend. We will hear our Lord teach his disciples, and us, how to deal with conflicts within the church. The upcoming announcements are:

This Sunday: 15th Sunday after Pentecost
Next Sunday: 16th Sunday after Pentecost

Parish:
We will have a Confirmation Orientation on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:00 pm in Po***ck.

There will be a National Youth Gathering meeting on Wednesday, September 16th at 7:30 pm in Po***ck.

The Youth Group have set up donation boards for the National Youth Gathering trip at each church. If you are willing to support the Youth trip please choose an envelope corresponding to the dollar figure of the amount you would like to donate. We greatly appreciate your support.

There are also Spider, Christmas Cactus and Aloe plants donated by Arnie Hanson and Steph Lund available for a free will donation that will go to the Youth Gathering. Thank you.

Po***ck:
We will resume our Adult Bible Study on Tuesday, September 29th at 10:00 am. We will be learning about the book of Jonah

Coffee & goodies are being served in the fellowship room before worship service at 10:15. Everyone is welcome!

The Season of Pentecost continues with the 14th Sunday this weekend. We will hear Jesus teaching his disciples, and us, the cost of being the Messiah. The announcements are:

The Feeding South Dakota Food Truck will be at the Herreid Community Center on Tuesday, September 1 from 10-11 am.
