Join us tomorrow evening at Big Creek for a special night together as a church family.

We'll celebrate baptisms, hear powerful stories of how Jesus is changing lives, and enjoy fellowship over drinks and dessert.

Bring a lawn chair and either eat before you come or bring a picnic meal for your family. We'll provide drinks and dessert.

Whether you're being baptized, supporting a friend or family member, or simply want to celebrate what God is doing in our church, we'd love to see you there.

Paul discovered the power of Jesus was most evident in his own weakness. By confessing his vulnerabilities, he allowed God's strength to shine through, demonstrating that true power comes not from appearing bulletproof, but from acknowledging our need for help. It's okay to not be okay.

Social media is ironically making us less social. Studies show heavy users are twice as likely to feel lonely. The more you're 'connected' online, the less connected you feel in reality. Algorithms keep us trapped, feeding us more of the same.

While VBS was taking place each evening at Lakeside Fellowship, a group of our students spent their mornings serving at a VBS hosted by a Burmese church in Des Moines.

Throughout the week, they helped lead games, songs, activities, and Bible lessons while building relationships with children and families from another community right here in central Iowa.

We're grateful for the opportunity to partner in ministry, serve alongside another church, and see our students use their gifts to share the love of Christ.

What an incredible week at VBS!

Over the last five nights, hundreds of kids filled Lakeside Fellowship with energy, excitement, laughter, worship, and a growing love for God's Word. Through Bible lessons, games, crafts, music, skits, and small groups, kids learned how God leads them as Shepherd, Comforter, Provider, and Promise Keeper.

We're so thankful for every child who attended, every parent who trusted us with their kids, and every volunteer who gave their time and energy to make this week possible.

Most of all, we're thankful for what God has done in the hearts of children this week.

Welcome to the Final Celebration of Emerald Crossing: An Irish Adventure Through Psalm 23 at Lakeside Fellowship.
Tonight's program features Stillwater Farm: Final Showdown, worship, team scores, missions updates, and a celebration of all God has done during VBS 2026.
Throughout the week, kids learned how God leads them as Shepherd, Comforter, Provider, and Promise Keeper.
