What a powerful Sunday at Cross Community!

Today we continued For The One in Nehemiah 2:11–20 and were reminded that before Nehemiah rebuilt the wall, he first took time to survey what was broken, make a plan, and then move from apathy to action.

God is calling us to do the same. To look around, see the need, and ask, “What part of the wall is mine to rebuild?”

That may mean serving, leading, giving, connecting relationally, or simply being willing to get a little uncomfortable so someone else can find their place and ultimately find Jesus.

Keep praying for your ONE 💙 Keep showing up. Keep building. There is still room for one more.

Following the funeral service, there will be a PRIVATE GRAVESIDE SERVICE for immediate family. Anyone staying for the family meal is welcome to remain at the church and visit while the family attends the graveside service.

A meal will be served for the Renfro family when they return.

We’re officially halfway through our 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting! 🙏

Over the past week and a half, we’ve read Scripture, prayed together, and sought God through this initiative. And if your fast hasn’t gone perfectly, you’ve had to modify your plan along the way, or you’re just ready to start today, keep going. Keep participating. Keep seeking Him.

There’s still more ahead!
