Corpus Christi 2026

Sadly the rain kept us from doing our outdoor procession for Corpus Christi procession.

We adjusted and had Adoration, procession in Church and rosary. Not what we intended, but still nice.

We would like to express our thanks to Posey Patch and Stems on the Square for their donation of flowers we use for pedals. It is greatly appreciated.

Such a beautifully reverent Corpus Christi Mass.

I thought last weeks Mass at CTK was extra special. Little did I know how blessed we would be to have both on our altar this morning. Thank you Father Elser’s for the wonderful experience. Also a shout out to our wonderful choir. Not only did you sound great, but the selection of songs were perfect.

Come join us this Sunday, June 7 for our 5th Corpus Christi Procession. We will be blessed with two Father Elser’s leading the procession. This will be Father Stephen’s last procession with us.

We will begin in St Paul’s Church at 6:30PM with Exposition. Our first altar will be at the grotto and continue down town to the county court house. After a brief stop there, we will return to the Church campus for 2 more stops and finish in the church with Benediction. There will be rides available for those that can’t walk.

Please take advantage of the opportunity to revere the sacred mysteries of Christ Body and Blood that we may always experience in ourselves the fruits of His redemption.

Catholic Kids Club is bringing back the infamous pancake breakfast! Come out after 8 am mass at St. John’s June 14 and enjoy some fresh pancakes with a toppings bar and sausage! We will have coffee, milk, juice, and water available too! The kids will be eager to serve you! 🥞🍽️☕️🥛

$10 a person
Kids 10 and under free!
A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the St. John’s playground upgrades.

I think today’s Mass was the most beautiful I have ever attended. The music was incredible, but mostly having two Father Elser’s on the altar put it over the top.

Correction- There were 3 Father Elser’s on the altar. Father Stephen, Father Christopher and their uncle, Father Bill Elser. What a blessing this family is to our diocese and especially to the parishes they have and will serve.
